Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority
Core Principles
TimeKit emphasizes that "Your privacy is our priority." The app stores all time tracking data locally on devices by default, with cloud synchronization being entirely optional and only activated through user sign-in.
Data Collection
The service collects minimal information:
- Account data: Email and user ID (only if you sign in via Apple or Google)
- Local activity data: Names, descriptions, time entries, colors, and preferences remain on your device
- Subscription details: Managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat
Key Practices
The company explicitly states it does not track behavior, sell data, use information for advertising, or gather analytics.
Storage & Security
Data remains locally stored via SQLite unless sync is enabled. Optional cloud backup uses HTTPS/TLS encryption through Supabase. Third-party providers include Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple/Google for authentication.
User Rights
Users can access, export, and delete their data locally. For cloud deletion, contact crusader.x.one@gmail.com. The company complies with CCPA and GDPR requirements, including data portability rights.
Request Account DeletionData Retention
Local data persists until manually deleted; cloud data remains active until account termination, with complete removal within 30 days.
