Request deletion of your account and data
Delete Local Data
If you only use TimeKit locally (without cloud sync), your data is stored only on your device. To delete your data:
- Open the TimeKit app on your device
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete All Data" or uninstall the app
Uninstalling the app will automatically remove all locally stored data from your device.
Request Cloud Data Deletion
If you have enabled cloud sync and signed in with Apple or Google, your data is backed up to our servers. To request deletion of your cloud account and all associated data:

- The email address associated with your account
- Your sign-in method (Apple or Google)
- A clear statement requesting account deletion
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours. All data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request cloud data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email and user ID)
- All activity data (names, descriptions, time entries, colors)
- All cloud backups and sync data
- Your preferences and settings stored in the cloud
- Any analytics or usage data associated with your account
Note: Subscription information managed through Apple App Store or Google Play is handled separately. To cancel your subscription, please manage it through your respective app store account settings.
Your Data Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
